Study On Legal Issue Of Rural Area Environmental Protection

Rural environment is directly related to the farmers'normal life and health, affecting crop quality and yield, and it becomes an important factor to restrict rural and sustainable agricultural development. Environmental protection in rural areas, only on a legal basis, can be successfully promoted. While the environmental issue has caused great concern in society, but at present mainly is limited to industrial pollution, urban environmental damage and destruction of natural resources, rural environmental protection issues has not attracted enough attention including the legal profession. But in fact, in most areas of China, the rural environment has been facing with daunting challenges, since the autogenic and metastasizing pollution, ecological destruction, invasive species and other issues have been very serious, which produces a number of legal issues, but the current environmental protection laws system can not satisfy the increasingly complex social environment in rural areas. Therefore, from the perspective of legal issues, research on rural environmental protection, for the rural environment protection offer perfect legal system support is necessary.This article based on Constitution Law about the state respects and safeguards every rural person enjoys the right of environmental protection, to promote China's rural environmental constructing perfect legal system. In the research of environmental protection of rural different aspects of issues, in the huge gap between the urban and rural conditions, make a panoramic view of the analysis about rural environmental protection laws following this several aspects, and make suggestions to promoting China's rural environmental protection laws, building an effective way to resolve legal issues:Chapter I: The expatiation on legal issue of rural environment protection.
