| With the development of tourism, ecological environment has degraded day by day, which also draws our attention to a series of environmental issues. Against this background, the concept of eco-tourism has been issued. However, in reality, ecotourism has been abused as a fashion label and failed to fully pay its role. This article will analyze existing laws and regulations concerning ecotourism environmental protection, moreover, put forward policy recommendations to establish a sound system of ecotourism environmental protection law.I will start with defining the concept of ecotourism and ecotourism environmental protection law. Meanwhile, this article will make a brief introduction of relevant laws and regulations governing this field and investigate their strengths and weakness. From international perspective, we can see that there exist a series of signed international declarations,agreements and conventions on ecotourism environmental protection. Specifically, as for concrete case study, I will carry out in-depth study of the best practice of Japan and America.Based on those research results mentioned above, this article will come to the most meaningful and important section, in which I will make specific policy recommendations to establish a sound,feasible and effective legal system regulating ecotourism. |
