With the advent of the era of globalization, the influence of the transnational crime to the international community is increasing and it has become a serious threat to the peace and development of the international community and a global issue. As for China, transnational crime is not only endangers the current relatively stable social situation and the social economy in a period of rapid growth, but also threatens China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Attention should be paid. In this paper, I defined and analyzed the concept, characteristics, classification, causes and effects of the transnational crime firstly, while expounding theories of the transnational crime research. Secondly, I analyzed the impact of China's national security from several major problems of the transnational crime. Finally, I put forward the countermeasures and proposals,-through analyzing the favorable and unfavorable factors of solving the transnational crime in China, and the models and implications of preventing and controlling the transnational crimes in the international community.
