Duty crime related to farming mainly refers to the state functionaries or non-state functionaries who engage in official business during the development and construction of countryside take advantage of their power and position to execute illegal duty crime. Duty crime related to farming can be found in the following areas, such as:rural infrastructure construction; renovation; rural land expropriation and development; capital governing of branch bank; country education and medical care; rural comprehensive innovation; village primary political power and self-governing organization.In recent years, with the development of sanshan district in WuHu, kinds of duty crime related to farming emerge in endlessly, it becomes a major problem we can not ignore, it concerns the building of socialistic new countryside and rural stability and rural development.
