Study On The Executive Power Of Party System

Chinese Communist Party always attaches great importance to the system construction. With the system construction strengthened and improved continually, the Party's institutional system and the executive power of the party system have made some progress, a case having been especially evident since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee. However, there are still some problems of the executive power in the current system construction of our Party. How to improve the execution of our party's system effectively and enhance its effectiveness is the issue of our urgent concern from now on. The execution of the party system involves a wide range of aspects and of great influence. Furthermore, it needs collective action and collaborative activities badly, therefore, it is a typical form of collective action, and to be more accurate, a complex system engineering. Therefore, it inevitably involves the motive and behavioral mode of subjects and involves research on how to make this complex system run effectively when it comes to the research on the executive power of the party system. Beginning with the problems underlying the systematic construction of our party, based on the theory of collective action and system, this article analyzes executive power of our party by making use of many scientific methods, such as institutional analyses, behavioral analysis and systematic analysis from system, subject, and culture aspects for the purpose of being of countermeasure referential use to the enhancement of the executive power of our party.
