| Internet cafes-Bar-Mahjong Parlour is the inevitable result of the continual carrying out of reform ad opening up policy, social development and the huge exaltation of human's physical life. Such places invigorate the economy and richen people's cultural life. Currently, these places play an important role in economic development and social life, at the same time, they are easy to breed social evils and crimes. It is a place of high incidence and poor public security. That is why they are doubted for their value and necessity of their existing. Hereon I thinks it is reasonable and necessary for their existence, but the potential problems are indispensable. Currently, in the Internet cafes-Bar-Mahjong Parlour, public security is poor, crime rise, pornography, gambling drug abuse and trafficking spread. They bring big difficulty towards security management. Upon interviewing the masses and local police stations, I quoted the crime data from the ministry of public security and the local cases to analyze and research the sources of crime at these places, and I found the issues such as legislation lacking, poor supervising of government, industrial standard inefficiency and poor administration. I think we should analyze the difficult in the management, take appropriate action, set up and complete legislation, build coordination among relevant parties, complete the supervising system and improve the personal diathesis of the law enforcement officers. Using the legal means to manage and guide the Internet cafes-Bar-Mahjong Parlour, make sure it is developing on a healthy and ordered track.. To research the security of the 3 places at the same time, it has a great practical meaning towards regulating the industry's autonomy, strengthen the supervising and enforcement, keeping social security and ensuring people live and work in peace.
