In 2002,USA passed No Child Left Behind Act.This Act has been the focus of Amerciacn teaching research since the day it introduced. Predictably,the Act will definitely exert a rather profound influence on Amercican Education in the early 21st century. The government dissatisfied with the quality of public school which is getting worse. Frequnetly failure of Amercian students in the International academic competition required a new Education Act to improve the quality of public school and the academic record of students. We can prove from the name of the Act, No Child Left Behind Act.After the introduction of the Act, the academic record of American student was improved a lot and so did the quality of public school and teachers.However, as an Act need to be revised, it still has many problems and trouble. We can understanf more about the implementation of the American Education policy through study this ActMore important, for us,it can serve our Education Reform and we can also learn from the experience and lessons of the of the establishment the Amercican Eduction policy.This article use the methods of literature,historical analysis and comparison analysis to lucubrate the process of NCLB implementation. First, this article discuss the background, Education standardization movement and Neoliberalism; Second, this article probe into American teacher organizations,education and research institutes and other interest group to discuss the influencing factors; Furthermore, summarize the success and failure of NCLB Act; At last, focus on the reflection and inspiration through the process of implementation of NCLB Act for our Country's Education.
