Recent years in the wave of reform of the funeral and interment, the community starts paying attention to various problems occurring in the funeral and interment, then the funeral workers become the subject of reform. The community always has a prejudice against them and does not understand them. Their important function to the society is neglected. The text regards the funeral workers as the subject of study using instantiation to pay more attention to the living condition of the workers on-front to find out if there is a process to be competent at a job facing their special job, the prejudice of the community and difficulty among their work.The text uses the document method and semistructured interview method then looking up a great deal of correlative documents and materials containing the BBS, journals, related books and self-talk of the funeral workers. In the journalist's interview and the self-talk of funeral workers, it sufficiently reflects that funeral workers face adverse and unaccommodated conditions with doing their work. There are two aspects of psychological and behavioral to reflect the unacommodated conditions. According to comparing the document and the interview survey, there are some new changes among the funeral workers'unacommodated conditions which are prospective even be thought that this unacommodated conditions are not exist. The places of survey concentrate on Liaoning province containing Shenyang Funeral Museum, Benxi Shi Huanren county Funeral Museum, Tieling Shi Changtu county Funeral Museum combining with the survey materials of Tieling Shi Tieling county, Anshan Shi Xiuyan county.Investigators as an outer pay attention to the funeral workers adapting to the society condition and its process in social transformation era then analysis the influence factor of adopting society and the conditions of adopting society. The adopting conditions mainly reflect from the content of work, self-identity, social prejudice and marriage. The course of society adopting reflects the developing of the funeral and interment, behavior change and the transition of people's conception. Thereby, it can sum up that social adjustment factors include the family factors, the economic factors, psychological factors and the society factors then try to analysis the cause of new change of the social adjustment from the points of politics, economy and culture.The conclusion of this study is that the special occupational groups funeral workers adapting to the situation with a certain social characteristics of the times. With economic development, improvement of working facilities and the environment, reducing the difficulty of the work of funeral workers, funeral will be included in the policy within the state system under the management of civil affairs departments, funeral work favor of self-identity and social status improved. In the current financial crisis, the employment problem in the funeral industry becomes a job highlighting the hot spots, which help to improve the impact of the funeral industry to get public attention. The impact of cultural diversity in the world, the traditional concept of a change in funeral, and with the funeral services of the professional development, an increase of funeral workers to self-identity, but also help to improve the community's sense of identity for the industry. Although the personal characteristics that affect important aspects of social adaptation, this article focuses on the institutional structure, the concept of cultural, economic and environmental considerations, changes in social environment that affect the status of funeral workers the root causes of social adaptation. This study not only newly understand the social role of the funeral workers at this stage, the process of the funeral workers'adaptation in the transition and society, but also further promote the reform decision-making basis for the funeral.
