The text has been divided into four chapters.The introduction has complicated ethnic briefly introducing the history of religious composition and special geographical position and the resulting domestic terrorism crime in Xinjiang of frequent status quo. At present, Xinjiang terrorism crime, abnormal rampant life of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang have caused great damage to property security. Xinjiang anti-terrorist struggle is serious, the urgent need to have realistic significance of the strategy. Therefore, this article will study direction location in Xinjiang anti-terrorist strategy research, having important practical significance.The first chapter has terrorist organization of Xinjiang production history of carding process, key research on terrorist organizations and their crimes, and these terrorist groups, present situation and development trend been summarized in this paper. "East turkestan" is the collection religious extremism, ethnic separatism and violent terrorism in the integration of terrorist groups in Xinjiang, the implementation of the terrorist activities of territory has been an escalating situation. So far, the "East turkistan" terrorist organization has basically formed outside the territory of the action plan, crime pattern, its organization system is mainly ethnic separatists and religious extremist organization branch, its each time the phases of evolution of international situation changes are closely related.The second chapter delves these terrorist organizations and the causes of crime and external influence factor, thus to the essence and nature, and that of its characteristics were summarized in this paper.
