China is the largest developing country on the world stage, which has been always pursuing the diplomatic principle of peaceful coexistence. South-South cooperation is an important development goal of China. On this basis, China and Africa Cooperation opened the door. Looking back at the history of their cooperation, despite some troubles and twists, the overall development is stable. China and Africa have formed a mutually dependent partnership and right now the stability of China-Africa cooperation is machined by Forums and Ministerial Conference.China-Africa relationship is a new type of international relations after World Warâ…¡, "equality and mutual benefit" as the main features. China and Africa share a common history and development goals as the basis of their cooperation; China is committed to live up to their strategy of peaceful development, insisted on respect for sovereignty, the principle of equality as a prerequisite protection of China-Africa relations; the reciprocal goal in the field of trade and investment which becomes the most powerful cooperation between the two. Not only that, China does not give additional conditional aid to Africa, but particularly in the agricultural production, infrastructure, personnel training, debt relief policy won the heart of the African people.China-Africa relations can be traced back in the 50s last century, the Bandung Conference. And since then, China has actively promoted the development of friendly relations of cooperation in Africa. African countries rich in natural resources, become a major competing forces in the country's strategic location, which compete with the main objective to benefit Africa.China also has interests on the African continent needs, especially in the field of energy and economic trade. In addition, the China-Africa cooperation is also reflected in health cooperation, military cooperation and infrastructure development. The cooperation between China and Africa with the Western powers is different from the cooperation based on equality. So African countries treat China so much better than expected in other countries. China-Africa relations have enjoyed great development, but there are also some problems and contradictions. From the Chinese side, the assistance projects are unrealistic, the lack of environmental assessment, economic bottlenecks rush to the rescue of legal experience, the proliferation of fake and shoddy goods, the single-level of assistance. From the African point of view, there are political instability and the single economic structure, the awareness to China and utilization of aid funding problems. If the problems cannot be solved, in the long run it will not be conducive to China's investment and development in Africa. Nevertheless, both China and Africa need each other as the strategic partnership is still the main driving force to develop. In particularly, the"China-Africa Cooperation Forum", the formation of this cooperation mechanism, making China and Africa on many issues in-depth dialogue to increase mutual trust. The new century, Sino-African diplomatic relations also face three major changes:from the official diplomatic to people diplomacy; to the public from the elite foreign diplomacy; from bilateral to multilateral diplomacy. The shift takes the opportunities to the further development of Sino-African relations, but they are also facing many challenges. Therefore, the two sides should look beyond a focus on the good long-term development.China has not only close cooperation with the whole of Africa, with the cooperation of individual African countries is also growing. Mauritania, for example, the relationship between the two sides has been strengthened. Mauritania is an important importing country to China in the fields of oil, chemical raw materials, and mineral resources. And the mutual investment in ocean shipping port provides a great convenience to both of them. Mauritania relies on China greatly on developing economic, building a modern state, accessing to materials, taking technical assistance. Harmonious and stable relations between Mauritania and China have continued to provide a guarantee of modernization in Mauritania. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1967, the two sides spare no effort in carrying out cultural, health, sports and educational exchange. In recent years, the two governments signed a series of agreements and will see series of diplomatic communication to ensure development of bilateral relations is stable.
