Study On Business Regulation Under The Comercial Law

In theory, business can be defined in different circles such as economics and law. This paper defines it from the commercial law perspective and deals with the regulation of business. Business includes two aspects:one is the operating activities, which means businessmen's business operations for profitable purpose, and the other is the business organization, which assumes business property. Business property includes active property and negative property. Due to the fact that business is playing an important role in our daily life, especially in the market economy, there is a crying need for the regulation of the business. By studying on business regulation of other countries and comparing the difference of the legislative background during these countries, I suggest that the business should be regulated as the general rules which constitutes the necessary part of the commercial principles. In addition, what is needed here is the dual structure of the regulation system of business.
