| At present of our country, police sports is an important way to get police camp culture prosperity and improve the healthy condition of public security police.This paper adopt many research methods such as:literature study, logic analytical etc, in order to make sure the restrained factors of the development of police sports. The establishment of "humanistic concept of sports" and the platform of police sports' development are the key links of the development of police sports. And in further explanation, this paper suggests basic strategy and path, that will promote the development of police sports. Its' main contents includes:Firstly, analysed the basic problem of "humanistic concept of sports", and elaborated the basic content of "humanistic concept of sports" according to the Marks Anthropology Theory. At present, the abruption of "science" and "humanities" of sports caused the "dissimilation" of the athletes; under this background, the importance of "humanities" is paid attention by many people, and the "humanistic concept of sports" gradually becomes a dominant value in sports. If we want to know the comprehension of "humanistic concept of sports", we should make sure the knowing of the "human". Only profoundly know the human essence, that can we understand the correct relation between "science" and "humanities" and clear about the meaning and value judgment of sports for human. Marks Anthropology Theory had opened the view of human essence and answered the question on why we must "make the people in center", and set a solid theory foundation for the research of "humanistic concept of sports".On above-mentioned research, the paper elaborated the basic content of "humanistic concept of sports":During the development of sports, we need to choose scientific methods to realize the human essence for every athletes; that is, meeting the person's need and promoting people's overall development, carrying out person and nature, person and social harmony and unify.Secondly, we had carried an investigation on the police sports. In the mass, police sports had presented so many characters:the atmosphere of exercise is undenseness, the number of people that often participate the sports is little, the establishment of organization is disfunctional, the professional talented person are absenceable, and so on. As for the restrained factors of the development of police sports, the main outside factors are:The grass-roots police force are limited, the work task are excessive, spare time time is little, and lack of facilities, funds and place. The main inside factors are:the police often neglect the problem of health, and the consciousness of participating sports is not strong. After further analysis, internal factors are main aspect, its basic reason lie in the dated idea about sports, that is subjected to the influencement of tradition "science thinking".Therefore, if police sports wants to get a space to achieve farsighted development, we must "make the people in center" and establish the "humanistic concept of sports" as dominant value in the process of the development of police sports.Thirdly, because of the development of police sports is a long-term process, which needs a system to made a great farsighted impact on it, and needs a platform to complete the process of the development of police sports. In this way and according to police's working, from the sides of the basic principle of police sports' development, the main paths of police sports'development, the guarantee mechanisms of police sports' development, put forward the conceive and frame on platform of police sports' development.Fourthly, combine "humanistic concept of sports", put forward the basic principle of the development of police sports, that is the beauty of "human nature". Its basis is that: On one hand, the person's characteristic lies in pursuing all beautiful things, the beauty of "human nature" embodied the correct direction of the development of police sports, and embodied the whole justice strength that promoted "the realization of human's essence". On the other hand, sports let people acquire different feelings, the pleasant sensation from body exercising is superficial, this happiness will be returned to mild, but the feelings of the beauty of "human nature" that acquired by people from sports are deep, which will last longer and maintain people to take part in sports for a long time. Further more, the beauty of "human nature" in sports embodied in many aspects, particularly in healthy, recreation, the concern of human fair problem, that is the beauty of health, recreation, and fair.Fifthly, elaborated the main paths of police sports' development. Put forward the way of "diversified sports activities", "lay out all achievement publicly", "creating sports tradition" and "enhancing sports communication", in order to make the police shape correct idea and develop good habit by this way.Sixthly, thinking about the guarantee mechanisms of police sports' development. And pointed out:the organization leadership, talented person, sports equipmen, rules, provide a material and regulational guarantee for the development of police sports.
