Research On Farmers' Ideological And Political Education In Rural Construction

Beautiful rural construction is not only transforming agricultural production methods to enhance the quality of farmers production and life which based on rural reality, but also pay attention on farmers moral quality, cultural knowledge, political accomplishment and democratic awareness which is also one of the most important element in beautiful rural construction. To improve farmers overall quality, we must emphasis on farmers' ideological and political education so that they can realize their position in beautiful rural construction and have a basic knowledge of the importance and necessity of beautiful rural construction. To strengthen farmers understanding of beautiful rural construction as well as the party's policies is helpful for improving their support and cooperation. Farmers' ideological and political education provides ideological guarantee, shows development direction and trains qualified constructors for beautiful rural construction. At the same time, beautiful rural construction has made great contribution to the transformation of agricultural development mode and the promotion of farmers' income which has promoted the healthy development of rural economy to create a favorable environment for farmers' ideological and political education. These relationships have pointed out the goal and set the task for farmers' ideological and political education which can help farmers join the beautiful rural construction consciously and enthusiastically to provide a strong guarantee On moderately prosperous society building.This paper takes Hetian Village, Longyou County, Zhejiang Province as an example,which is the demonstration village in national beautiful rural construction. Through the questionnaire investigation and visit discussion, this paper makes an in-depth study on the situation of peasants' ideological and political education in beautiful rural construction. And to analyze the problems and causes of the ideological and political education of the peasants in order to fully understand the status quo and difficulties of current ideological and political education of the peasants. Thus to provide scientific basis for formulating and perfecting the ideological and political education of the peasants which is also have practical significance for cultivating new type farmers,promoting beautiful rural construction and building moderately prosperous society.The first part conducted an academic analysis from the research significance,research summary, research methods, innovation and key issues to answer "Why choose Hetian Village Longyou County, Zhejiang Province to carry out the ideological and political education of farmers" and "what is the significance" in order to show the theoretical and practical meaning of the ideological and political education of peasants for moderately prosperous society building and beautiful rural construction. It is the logical starting point of this article. The second part mainly elaborates the connotation of moderately prosperous society building, beautiful rural construction and farmers'ideological and political education as well as its' relationships. The third part introduces the basic situation of Hetian Village and the reason why choose Hetian Village as the case study as well as the investigation process and design analysis. In the fourth part, the author studies the current situation of the ideological and political education of the farmers in Hetian Village. Based on the objective of the research and the survey of Hetian Village to explore the concept, content and characteristics of peasants' ideological and political education in Hetian Village. The fifth part makes an attribution analysis based on the problems in the field research. In the sixth part, focused on the concept, content,methods and team construction, the author puts forward effective suggestions of promoting peasants' ideological and political education from the perspectives of propaganda, education, economic development, team building, system perfection and grassroots party building of the peasants' ideological and political education.
