The Education Research Of College Party Activists In The New Era

If only Marxist party reinforces the youth base and encourage more youths to attend the Party, it will have a bright future. Because the college party activists are important source of new strength of the Party. In the new era, enhancing the education of the college party activists is an important way to cultivate young Marxists and it helps to expand and reinforce the youth mass base and strengthen the power of the Party. It also can strengthen college students' ideological and political education so that colleges can finish historical mission of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Besides, it is the realistic need to improve the Party construction among students and reaches a scientific level and contributes to the Party construction under the new situation.Nowadays college party activists , with higher consciousness and pursuit, are in the enthusiastic pursuit of joining the Party. However, there also exist some problems such as the diversity of motivation to join the Party, the low theoretical level and the poor political sensitivity.In the new era, we should enhance the education of the college party activists from the following aspects like educational content, educational method, educational mode, management mechanism, and team construction and so on. We should improve educational content depending on the education of the outlook on the world, the outlook on life, and the values, with the ideal and belief as the core to teach the motivation joining the Party, and with patriotism education as a key point to teach national spirit and carry on the communist ethics education with moral construction as the foundation. Expanding educational methods requires us to implement the combination of education guide and self educational method, instilling education and permeating educational method, and training method and practice method. The single educational mode and the shortage of appeal and fascinating power have a strong influence on education all the time. Therefore, in the new era of innovation, the educational mode is the comprehensive use of conducting educational mode which combines teachers' instruction and party activists' help, hierarchical cultivation educational mode, auxiliary cultivation of student party members educational mode, practice of inner-party life educational mode, and red information network educational mode and other kinds of educational modes, and we should enhance the effectiveness of education. In addition, in specific education practice we can establish inspection mechanism, quality monitoring mechanism, evaluation mechanism and strengthen the management. Meanwhile, enhancing the construction of education team is an indispensable part .To strengthen the education team, we should enhance education training, develop security mechanism, and improve examination system. In addition, the school leaders and relevant departments should coordinate and form the great force of education of the college activists of party application in the new period.
