Thesis On The Legislation Perfection Of Chinese NGO

In the past few years, the non-governmental organizations (NGO) has developed rapidly in China and played an active role in many fields in the society. In the background of emphasizing benign interaction of government, market and society, the position and effect of NGO with the development of society should not be neglected now. Because the NGO has carried on lots of the governmental functions, it's playing the important roles in solving the social job problems, focusing on the social vulnerable groups, assisting on solving the social crisis, promoting civil moral consciousness, and assisting the government departments etc. The development of NGO has made an ineffaceable contribution on creating the brand-new social equilibrating mechanism, promoting the benign interaction of all walks of life and realizing the harmonious society.However, the legal environment for the NGO in China now is not very scientific, which makes the position of the NGO in China quite embarrassed and badly restricts the development of NGO. Therefore, it seems so necessary to make the legislation for NGO. Although China has laid down some related laws and regulations in order to govern the NGO, these laws and regulations have showed the serious hysteresis quality with the development of the democratic politics and economy, which can not meet the needs of the development. Thus, how to perfect the legislation of NGO and how to legally govern the NGO have been the important topics that we are facing now.This thesis consists of three parts. The first part states the basic theories of NGO and defines NGO's the definition, characteristic, type and development status etc; The second part describes the laws and regulations'current situation of NGO in China and discusses the current legislation defects for the NGO in China; The third part compares the legislation patterns of different nations'NGO, puts forward the conception of NGO's basic laws in China and corresponding perfection advice aiming at the defects of NGO legislation.
