Since the reform and opening of last century, in China NGOs presented "outbreak" growth. The reason of the emergence of non-governmental organizations and the rapid development of NGOS is the inevitable development results of society, politics and economy, while NGOs emergence also is a useful complement of social, political and economic development. To achieve a harmonious society in China, we have to promote positive interaction between social classes. To achieve this goal, it is not enough that we only rely on government and market improvement and development. We must play the role of non-governmental organizations. Now in the emphasis on good governance, stressing the government, market, social context of positive interaction, Non-governmental organizations in the development of modern society's role and status has not been ignored. NGOS undertake a large number of government function. In addressing the social employment, attention to social disadvantaged groups, helping resolve the social crisis, enhancing civic and moral awareness, assisting the work of government departments, NGOS play an important role. After 20 years of development, NGOS is becoming a major force of socio-economic development in China. However, because the government's system of construction, laws and regulations, imperfect, and their reasons for non-governmental organizations, At present, Chinese NGOS still exist some problems to be solved. In items of its role, Its development is not enough. In particular, compared with the development of foreign NGOS, the emerging and maturing of the market economy and the requirements of the vast social change which is brought about by reform and opening up, NGOS of china seem obvious congenitally difficult. There is no obvious advantage of their access to resources and the use of resources, coordination between the role. In government regulation and market squeezed most non-governmental organizations is hard for survival and development of road. They are difficult to demonstrate, as we saw vitality of NGOS abroad. Article firstly analyzed current Chinese NGOS Situation, analyzed the problem of the present Chinese NGOS. Specifically, the main problems of current Chinese non-governmental organizations focus on the following areas: first, inadequate laws and regulations; second, NGOS have relatively low capacity for self-development; third, Chinese NGOS lack the independence; In addition, the development of Chinese NGOS between regions, urban, rural areas, and different areas is unbalanced. And article tried to find a reasonable path of the development of non-governmental organizations, namely, the healthy development of non-governmental organizations need the cooperation between non-governmental organizations and government. First, the government should rationalize the relationship between government and NGOS, and Instruct NGOS about the policy and system, reasonablely. Government should grasp the general direction of the development of NGOS, and promote the positive interaction between government and non-governmental organizations, so guarantee the healthy development of non-governmental organizations. In addition, the most important is that while non-governmental organizations should strive to explore the road of self-development and improvement, strengthen the links with the outside. In addition to strengthening ties with the outside, but also actively to strengthen the link with international standards. Strengthen the exchanging and cooperation with the foreign non-governmental organizations. While carry out the project also get good lessons.
