The Implementation And Countermeasures Of The Labor Contract Law Of Dispatch In Liaoning Province

With the further and deepeer development of the market economy and the deeply promoting reform of the employment system,the labor force has been fully utilized.Dispatch is also gradually on the rise.But in actual operation,the dispatch as a new phenomenon,due to the lack of specific legal norms,this form of employment has not yet given full play to its advantages,the dispatch issue as a major problem is perplexing the construction of harmonious labor relationship of our country.This paper deems large midsize,and small enterprises in Liaoning province as the research object,combined with the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law,presents the research subject on the implementation and countermeasures of the Labor Contract Law of dispatch in Liaoning Province.This topic is relevant from the perspective of economics and law,mainly using the methods of empirical analysis,normative analysis and comparative analysis to have a discussion on the current situation of labor relations in the labor dispatch.On the basis of analysis and judgements of the relevant domestic theories and perspectives,this paper proposes concepts and ideas on adjustment of the labor relations in labor dispatch of our country,through the summary of regulatory framework and policy measures of the more mature labor relations of developed countries.Firstly,this research introduces the basic concepts and situations of dispatch at home and abroad,analyzes the domestic problems and pionts out the significance of it.Secondly,investigates on labor dispatch industries of Liaoning Province and analyzes the results of the survey data to summarize the key issues in labor dispatch industries and their causesations.It compares and analyzises petinent laws and regulations of domestic and international labor dispatch.Finally,the article summarizes the present situation of domestic labor dispatch,points out the outlook and some thinking of the labor dispatch in domestic development.
