Human rights means being human innate and based on human nature and has the right of natural.The Force of the Police was accompanying with the state of political power, which became a important constituent part of the force of the state. How to find a balance between The Force of the Police and Human Rights is always a question since the beginning of the country. After the establishment of the democratic state and the appearance of the modern police system, to safeguard for human rights have become essential value of the country. Consequently, the international society has passed a series of international laws to protect human rights and restrict the force of the police. The governments intend to limit the enlargement and abuse of the police's force in order to improve the process of human rights. However, in China, the feudal autocratic ideology has influenced so much. That is, the Force of the Police has established total supremacy over the Human Rights and tramples on it since thousands of years in the autocratic society. The paper focuses on how to regulate the police force from diverse perspectives. To limit the abuse of the police rights have become a vital form to protect the Human Rights in a democratic and rule -of- law government. In this paper, it will discuss the specific figures about the violation of human rights.
