Marx's communist ideology is the core of Marxism, as well as the starting point and standing point of it. It showed"where to go"for human being and found the key to the society in the future. Meanwhile it is also a kind of precious mental treasure in the history of ideas. Marx's communism is always a developing and practicing theory. The beliefs upholding communist ideas are straightly related to the success or failure of our construction of Chinese characteristic socialism. So there is still great theoretical and practical significance to restudythe communism of Marx in contemporary China.As for communism of Marx, I will research mainly through aspects as follows: Part one traces the theoretical origin and discusses the theoretical bases of Marx's communism. The development of human's mind is a flowing and continuing process. People's great idea is summarized and developed based on the ancestors rather than forming on imagination. Marx gradually established and formed his theory through criticizing and researching to the ancestors'ideas as well as the investigating and practicing to social reality. Some of idea provides the theoretical reference for Marx to demonstrate communist, such as, the ownership, violent revolution and harmonious society envisagement and so on. Marx's scientific communism is based on philosophy and political economy of Marx which in fact provided theoretical support for scientific communism. The materialism is the base of Marxian philosophy. The theory of surplus value is the center of political economy. Both of them supplied firm theoretical bases for Marx's communism.Part two explains the basic contents and main features of Marx's communism. There are four aspects about communism's content: Firstly, in the perspective of solid foundation, communism is a kind of social system on whose meaning; Marx proved the feature of this social pattern and condition of realizing. Secondly, the final aim of Marx's communism is to realize the liberation and whole development of all people, which is the soul of communism. Engels said:"communism is a theory about the liberation of the proletariat."Therefore, as long as the proletariats liberate them, they can realize the liberation of the whole nation. As long as realizing the whole nation, the liberation of the proletariat can be realized finally,and the realization of communism is a process which liberates the people. Thirdly, Marx's communism contains the idea of harmonious society, communism is the harmonious society. Now China is constructing the harmonious society and it is order to realize the communism precisely. To realize the harmonious society is the same as the realization and communism, it is a long-term and arduous task. At last, in the perspective of realizing process, Marx's communism is a process of real sport. The development of communism is the integration of regularity and conformity to aim of social development. It is not only a glorious ideal of society, but also a process containing in reality. It needs human being to make practical effort. For the main characteristic of the communism from five aspects to generalize and analysis: the unity of inheritance and critics, technicality and practicality, class character and humanity, ideality and reality, process and periodicity.Part four is the exploration to the modern value of Marx's communism. It is scientific because it is produced from the practice and developed with accepting the examination of practice. There are so many people striving for this great idea. It is a long time that communism is the instruction of the struggle and reform of the proletariat. It is the theoretical bases of constructing harmonious society and people-oriented governing idea. China is during the transition period. So how to confirm the belief of communism and keep dominant of Marxism in Chinese ideology, how to use Marx's communism to instruct the real question appear especially important.This paper cards and rediscovers the Marx's communism, analyses deeply the theoretical connotation of communism, which has important theoretical and practical meaning to the socialist modernization drive and steady beliefs of communism.
