Interest groups is an essential element in the American political system and there is no national interest group politics can be comparable with the United Stated in the world. Interest groups is one of the important domestic factors that can not be ignored in domestic and foreign policy making in the United States Government. They are everywhere and have a major impact on the U.S governments'domestic and foreign policies. The outbreak of Iraq war has a profound impact on the international political environment of the new century. The war disrupted the pattern of international relations after the Cold war, making the international relations to be full of uncertainty.While military industrial complex, the special interest groups, in order to reap excess profits, via political donations, lobbying and other activities, strongly lobbying the U.S government, made an enhanced effect in promoting the Bush administration launched the war against Iraq.
