Interest groups are important participants in American politics, as important domestic factor ,they are important characters of US multi-dimensional democracy .In the numerous interest groups, The military-industrial complex is an special interest group which has numerous power and impact on the U.S. foreign policy that other groups can not compare. Reling on their own special form, characteristic, special impact to national economy development as well as the American domestic environment, The military-industrial complex make important impacts on American foreign policy. Since the World War II especially from the cold war period , The military-industrial complex's impact on the U.S. foreign policy is more and more obviouse. Specifically speaking , The military-industrial complex is a group which is established on common political , economical , and military benefit including the Administrative department, members of national assembly, Military enterprise and think tank, strives or maintains their own benefit through influencing or participating government decision-making ,such as lobbing ,effecting election, creating public opinion , in order to obtain their own benefits from the US foreign policy . This kind of phenomenon can be obviously seen in George W. Bush's Administration .the America's "Preemptive Strike" Strategy,the National Missile Defense System, the North Korean Nuclear Issue, the Iraq War question as well as the Taiwan problem all deeply engraved The military-industrial complex 's brand mark.This article which collects the angle of the domestic effection to American foreign policy to analyze The military-industrial complex's meaning ,type, the influence as well as related case in American domestic realpolitik, thus give us a new reference angle to discussing the American domestic mechanism and responding American foreign policy to China correctly.This article carries on four parts to discuss this question.
