Long-term goal, education-oriented. Fortunes rise and fall hinges on education. The importance of education is self-evident. The formation and development of the Party's education thoughts experience a long process. The party's educational thought is the product of Marxism with the concrete practice of China. It is the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism. It is an important guiding ideology in implementing the strategy and building a moderately prosperous society. Learning and researching the Party's education thoughts has important theoretical value and practical value. This paper aims at the formation of the Party's ideological and historical background of education research, to explore the main content of the Party's education, and then analyzes the characteristics of the Party's educational thought. At last, we will explore the theoretical value and practical value of the Party's Educational Thoughts.There are two important aspects, one is international context. From 1950s, along with the rise of the Third World, the disintegration of the socialist camp and the imperialist camp, the world's political structure has a multi-level, the political multi-polarization has formed. Political change will cause economic changes. In economic terms, the regional economic groups and economic globalization has taken shape. At the same time, peace and development have become the theme of the era. Technology-based, talent is more important in an increasingly competitive. Dramatic changes in the international situation provide the conditions for the formation of thought. The other one is the background. Into the new era, the development of the socialist economic system gradually improved, the socialist economic system form planned economy to market economy, which requires personnel training to our education. Facing the changes in the international context, the party and state leaders assess the situation and proposed building a moderately prosperous society, proposed strategies of education system, while the cause of education in China increasing number of problems also requires us to devote more attention to the development of education.Thinking of the Party's education includes seven main areas: first, to put education in the priority development status. The importance of education determines the priority to the development of education. The best people whom education has trained promote better and faster development of the socialist economy. Second, do the people satisfied with the education. Communist Party of China is the Chinese people and Chinese people's vanguard, the Communist Party of China always adhere to the purpose of serving the people, serve the people whole heartedly, always put the people's satisfaction as a measure of the development of education standards. Third, to promote quality education, promote the comprehensive development. Quality education is the trend of quality education. It is more conducive for people to have the all-round development. Fourth, to promote educational reform and innovation actively. In view the ways of learning of education is not suited to the development of modern education, reform the corruption and reject the dross has become essential. Fifth, pay attention to educational equity and balanced development. As economic development and regional differences, the development of education is growing imbalance. The coordinated development of education related to equity and social stability and the realization of building a moderately prosperous society. Sixth, to promote respect for teachers, improve teacher welfare and treatment. Long-term goal, education-oriented. Education plans, teacher-centered. Enthusiasm of teachers related to the quality of teaching, to improve teacher motivation only by improving the treatment of teachers can promote the prosperity and development of education. Seventh, education should combine productive labor and social practice. The last goal of development of education is economic development. The combination of theory with practice can fundamentally promote modernization and economic development.Thinking of the Party's education has distinctive features. It is the scientific development and gives priority to education principles, and always put education on the important task. It adheres to proceeding from reality, to analyze specific issues, with theory style of the truth pragmatic. The ideological contents separate and interrelate. They together form a comprehensive theoretical system. The features are: First, Time and pragmatic; Second, fairness and universality; Third, inheritance and innovation. Thinking of the Party's education develops the contents of the Marxist theory of education. It enriches and develops the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It injects the fresh blood to characteristics of the theoretical system. The practical value of education is to train a large number of talents to meet the needs of social development; increase awareness of civic democracy and speed up the process of building democracy; to meet the comprehensive development to achieve a people-centered concept.
