Emergency medical assistance team (EMAT) is an important mobile medical supporting forces of military logistics. It is mainly responsible for the local wars, nature disaster, public emergencies of medical support and medical rescue mission. On a mission process. How to make use of information technology, standardize work processes, strengthen hygiene management, adjusting work deployment, to improve the rescue team management ability, rescue efficiency and Diagnosis and treatment quality, which is an important field of current information construction of health service.This article combines with the real state of the emergency medical assistance team, which is subordinate to the hospital of PLA (People's Liberation Army), carried out detailed investigation and research, design and implementation of Emergency Medical Assistance Information System.The aim of this system is that combine the information and medical technology, make the information of the sick and wounded transfer and share quickly in the medical assistance teams by building the networks and software system, to improve the command and control capabilities. Specific design includes two lines:One is to make the information process of the sick and wounded as main line, treatment process for the sick and wounded informationize. so that we can improve the efficiency of reception, diagnosis and treatment and evacuation;another is to make the information process of rescue workers operation as another main line, commander can accurately, comprehensively, timely grasp all kinds of important information through information system, which provides scientific basis for decision-maker. Two main lines complement each other, which are Realistic basis of system functional design. It can meet requirements of the sick and wounded in the quality of health services, can be carried out fastly. efficiently and effectively in complex organization and command. Emergency Medical Assistance Information System uses the standard C/S architecture. C# programming language for development language. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for development tool, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 for database management system. According to the concrete steps of software engineering development, we design and achieve a reasonable structure, integrated and efficient, practical software system, which has a good interactive interface.This system is applicable for Emergency medical assistance team. It can combine command and the daily training with casualty medical treatment. This system can work in the whole rescue mission and is based on the "Full-dimensional Ambulance" theory. It can record the all information of the commanding, diagnosis, injury, surgery, goods and materials. Through the full progress and full function monitor, to realize the best match of health service, medical treatment, medical equipment and the organization and command, so that can improve the comprehensive multi-dimensional information medical support capability.The design and implementation of the "Emergency Medical Assistance Information System", meet two aspects of need, which include organizing and commanding and medical management in emergency conditions, greatly improved the hospital emergency medical teams informatization management level and medical rescue level, for the next step of application and promotion and laid a good foundation of practices.
