Psychological Analysis Of Cases About The Retaliation To Society From The Viewpoint Of The Campus Murder

From March to April, 2010, during this period which there was only about one month, there happened several campus murders in many different cities of China. There campus murders caused many bad consequences, which many innocent children died and their families fell into deep sorrow. Why do these campus murders happen one and another; what is the criminal motive of these convicts……These questions begin to attract the public's attention. The aim of this thesis is to uncover psychological factors of cases about the retaliation to society from the viewpoint of the campus murder. The conclusion is drawn both from the intrinsic factors and external ones. From the points of view of intrinsic factors, we refer to individual circumstances of convicts, including character flaws, ethical and faith lapse and so on; also, the theory of"Middle Age Crisis"can help us to understand the formation of criminal minds better; in addition, there are discourses on external factors including family environments, societal culture. Finally, the schools themselves should take some responsibility for these murders because of their ignorance and insensibility to the school security.During the process of analyzing of criminal minds of convicts, some theories can do some help for guidance. These theories that this thesis refers to, mainly include psychology and criminology. Sigmund Freud is a key psychologist who is really playing an important role in the development of psychology. The Psychoanalysis Psychology is also famous among scholars of modern times. Some branches of Psychoanalysis Psychology such as the structure of personality, psychosexual stages of personality development and psychological structures are useful for our analysis. Meanwhile, there are also theories on causes of criminal in criminology. The theories on causes of criminal in criminology of Cesare Lombroso, Ferri and Liszt have concerned arguments. In the section of review of literature of this thesis, there are some introductions in order to understand this thesis better.The thesis is to arise the public more attention to the causes of campus murders, other than the results or effects of these murders, and the punishment for convicts. We only can solve the social problems with our understanding of the reasons of them. However, the thesis doesn't mention the preventive measures for campus murders. It is easier to get measures after we know better about the reasons.
