Systematic Research On Influential Factors Of Enterprise's Technological Innovation Of China

As the improvement of the people's consciousness toward the importance of enterprise's technological innovation, the research about influential factors of enterprise's technological innovation becomes one of the focuses in Chinese and foreign academic research more and more. This paper has described the complicated characteristic of system of enterprise's technological innovation and study internal factors and external factors of enterprise's technological innovation of our country, using systematic view and method; this paper has constructed the appraisal index system of enterprise's technological innovation and put forward fuzzy mathematics method that appraise comprehensive result of enterprise's technological innovation.This paper has briefly reviewed study on enterprise's technological innovation and influential factors from angles of maxim, economics and management, sociology at first. Then the paper has described the systematic research thought of influential factors on enterprise's technological innovation. Enterprise's technological innovation is complicated, it has already involved the internal factors in the enterprise, involved the external factors of enterprises again. The complicated characteristic of system of enterprise's technological innovation has determined that we must use systematic view and method to study enterprise's technological innovation. Then this paper has analysis the internal factors that influence enterprise's technological innovation from enterprise's technological innovation ability, enterprise's system and corporate culture, combining the actual condition of present enterprise's technological innovation of our country, and using the successful experience of some foreign advanced enterprise's technological innovations for reference, has put forward the countermeasure of perfecting the inside environment of enterprise's technological innovation of our country. Then this paper has analysis the external factors that influence enterprise's technological innovation from market system, social system(policy, law) and social culture and put forward the suggestions that perfect external environment enterprise's technological innovation of our country; Finally this paper has constructed the appraisal index system of enterprise's technological innovation and put forward fuzzy mathematics method that appraise comprehensive result of enterprise's technological innovation.
