Motivation hight "the greatest management principle" and a good motivation system can drive the employees to improve themselves continuously. Generally, motivation is a process which leading and strengthening people's action according to the aim of organization by satisfied some kind of employees needs. We can classified the needs as extrinsic needs and intrinsic needs in the light of the source the needs be met, accordingly, we have extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation.At present, there is less systemic research about intrinsic motivation in China. The author summarize eight task characteristics (namely, intrinsic motivation factors) referring to other's outcome and the author's research. This paper designs the questionnaire about intrinsic motivation influence factors and motivation strength in term of the eight directions. Then, dealing with the sample date by SPSS and gaining the motivation status as well as the Significances compositor of the employees both in ideal and actual conditions. Lastly, this paper points out some problems in the research and the study direction in the future.
