As a result various kinds of sites were born which concerned the party's construction and the interests of the people. As one of the important means of modern media, the network has become a new channel for ideological struggle, propagandizing anti-corruption and improving the new way of anti-corruption efforts, and it has more and more influence on the social economic, politics, and culture aspects. In the party's 17th session of fourth plenary, the Party Central Committee explicitly pointed out resolutely opposing corruption as the current major political task. It should be fully understood that it is a long-term, intricate and formidable struggle. The day in updating the website, click traffic is too big. website once paralyzed, the Communist party construction dictionary which was reprinted by the central school of the communist party of China press, puts the Network anti-corruption as entry included, thus it can be seen the ubiquity of network is changing the pattern of traditional anti-corruption.The literature research method was mainly used in the paper, which on the basis of maximum collecting related literature, carefully screened and analyzed these second-hand materials to sum up the specific measures for network anti-corruption. In order to make it more readable and vivid, we use some icons to explain. Although the web-based anti-corruption developed so fast, we should rationally treat web-based anti-corruption. Recently there are some problems in the course of web-based anti-corruption, for example, some governmental power departments take no count of or even reject it; Digital divide intensifies unbalanced anti-corruption, for example, the remote area in China even has no network, let alone web-based anti-corruption;Absence of web-based anti-corruption legislation, and Netizens lack in moral and self-discipline, etc. That's why we make the further study for the web-based anti-corruption and to develop it in a healthy way.Based on the above analysis, we proposed related strategies as follows:in the first place, the government departments should attach importance to guide the mainstream consensus; secondly, issue relevant network legislation as soon as possible, providing a principle for web-based anti-corruption; thirdly, pay more attention to the digital divide, absorbing more people to join this. Fourthly, improve moral education of netizens to prevent network violence and human flesh search phenomenon; the last but not lest, the governments strengthen the monitoring of network information.
