In this paper, together with marine cargo insurance disputes, for example, the case of the parties to the dispute was the focus of legal analysis, the case raised issues were described, and how to solve the problems proposed.Specifically, this paper constructed from the following three aspects:Chapter one:The main case described the basic facts, the focus of controversy and raised questions. The fact that the legal case, the views of the parties and the court ruling; how to identify the case of cargo insurers; on whether the insured involved in the insurance period; case whether the plaintiff has an insurable interest in the goods involved.Chapter two, theory with case, sub-section, discusses issues raised by the first chapter. Section I, on the transport of goods in case the insured was found, and put forward their views. Section II, an overview on the provisions of the insurance period, and whether the case of an insured accident insurance during the period in dispute were analyzed. Section III of the goods involved in this case whether the plaintiff has an insurable interest in a legal analysis of dispute.The third chapter, by the above analysis of the problem, on the Improvement of Maritime Law, Insurance Law, the relevant legislative proposals put forward.
