The Power Supervision

In contemporary China, public power is wanton which is not restricted by law, the people who is in power abuse authority, such as "hide and seek" and "fishing events in law", reflect to the public power tread on the civil rights nakedly Officials corrupted in the back of completely lawless and godless.Complaints can be heard everywhere in society, the status quo affect the prestige of the CPC manages the government, state institutions and legal almost are not trusted. Facing the crisis, the only solution to practice the urgent needs to solve problems as the starting point and put forward to excellent measures of supervize power, and achieve political system reform plan is desired by most of social members society and then get people to support, you can obtain sufficient motivation to maintain fairness and justice, and achieve social harmony. Otherwise, no matter how strict legal and how wonderful academic reforms, if it break away from social practice, without real needs as basement and cannot solve the current social contradictions, it can be only fruitless effort. Aim at the current public power of wanton inflation and power supervision of weak situation, the author thinks that the contemporary China, not only restrain improper power by law, but also we can talk about the country in accordance with law.Otherwise, no matter how to formulated perfect regulations in law and how to cultivate educated talents, which is unuseful. Just like Evan lehi says:" the important development either law in legislation or in society". In view of this, this paper analyzes power and legal relationship from the angle of jurisprudence,and combine social history tradition of China with contemporary world practice. In view of perfecting public affairs and law supervision for discussing the problem of power in the current regime structure.The paperis divided into three parts.Firstly,talking about the relationship of power and legal. From of old till now,to study the develepment relationship of power and legal in different periods,focus on studying the missdistance that the westnern society which supervise the power.Secondly, discussing the restriction with each other countries and authority supervision and individual supervise the power in the society. Thirdly, discussing the problem of the legal supervision organs execute power. Focus on studying bring into legal supervision power full play.
