But the achievement of restricting power by media is a complex system process, which can not be completed through one or more rule. The research of restricting administrative power by media should contact the actual situation in China and should be put under the globalization, information society and transformation of Chinese society circumstances, This paper considers the media as the bridge and link from the perspective of T "media mode", It takes behavior of government officials and external information disclosure into account, and takes the feedback of citizens for their actions into observations. These allow us to study complex environment faced by media and multi-dimensional meaning in system selection.Power control mechanism is a complex concept. Its implementation should be diversified choices based on the actual situation of our country. In practice, the echoes between discipline and self-discipline can prevent the abuse of executive power more effectively.
