Study On The Rural Leisure Culture In Fujian Province With The Perspective About The Marxist View Of Leisure

With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid increase living standards, there is growing emphasis on leisure. Leisure facilities around are more and more and the "Leisure Time" is quietly coming. The rural leisure cultural construction is not only an important content of building in a new socialist countryside, but also an important part of socialism culture. China is a socialist country and Marxist Theory must be the guide of all the construction. The Marxist view of leisure is an important part of Marxist theory, and is an important guideline of the leisure cultural development in new socialist countryside. The views that leisure is a discretionary to free time, leisure is a way of life, leisure is the unity with the labor, the essence of leisure is human's development freely and overall, and so on, have an important significance to the leisure cultural construction in rural areas of the country. This paper analyzes the leisure cultural construction in rural areas and inner content requirements from the Marxist view of leisure, and uses Fujian province as the example on the basis of the background of the rural leisure cultural construction, vector, and the underlying causes of the difficulties faced, propose to promote the sound development of rural leisure cultural policy recommendations.The paper is divided into an introduction and four chapters, a total of five parts. Part one introduction,implies the importance of leisure cultural construction in rural areas from the Perspective of Marxist view of leisure, defines the relevant concepts on the basis of review of progress in recent studies, and identifies the key research and analysis.Part two, analyzes the development process of the Marxist view of leisure, the core content, superiority, and its important guiding significance to the leisure cultural construction in rural China.Part three is the part of theory analysis. From the perspective of the Marxist view of Leisure ,expound the China rural leisure construction of cultural economic, political, cultural and social requirements of the multiple values, we should uphold the people-oriented, recreational and harmonization of labor, the combination of local features and innovations as well as the principles of multi-party participation. Put forward to the rural leisure and cultural values of the four conditions: based on The Marxist view of Leisure; to improve the protection of the laws; to develop the production as the fundamental; to focus on leisure and culture of innovation.Chapter four is the part of Empirical analysis on Fujian Province. Based on The Marxist view of Leisure, analyze Fujian Province rural leisure construction's recreation, background, pattern, vector of, and the underlying causes of the difficulties faced. Analysis shows that the construction of leisure culture in rural areas in Fujian Province and direction of the path is basically consistent with the requirements of the Marxist concept of leisure, but there are still not fair, the quality needs to be improved, the value is not full, the plight of lack of innovation. Lower level of thinking and understanding of farmers, the management system behind the shortage of construction funds, rural leisure and cultural theory is the weak form of the main reasons. Then put forward four suggestions to build a sound development mechanism for rural leisure culture to establish a sound from the innovative mechanisms, security mechanism, accountability and coordination mechanisms.Chapter five gives conclusion and discussion. Integrate theoretical and empirical analysis of the results, draw conclusions, but there are still some lack of conclusions and rural areas for leisure and cultural development in Fujian Province, raised three issues that need further study.
