Historical Research Of West Rational Nature Law In The View Of Rationalism

The theory of west natural law has been originated from the stoic in ancient Greece. With the change of the context of society, the theory of natural law has been continually interpreted. Therefore, it is of great vitality. Although there is a rupture in different period, it seems that it exist a endurable trait in this rupture which is the rationalism. The rationalism derived from the recognization of the nature in ancient Greece. As the continually defined the nature in western society, rationalism had change from the reason of affairs or regulation in premorden period to deductive reasoning according to principal. So, this paper has tried to clarify the concept of the nature, in order to reveal the origination and development of rationalism in theory of western nature law.In this paper, the author used the method of investigation of history, so as to devide the concept of nature in western thinkers into three part, such as moral nature ,sacred nature and outside nature. With clarify and dispicing that three concept of nature in context of theory of nature law, it can be illuminated the origination and development of rationalism.
