Study On Controlling And Adjusting National Relationship In Xinjiang Multinational Region

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region locates in the northwest of China.Its position is important.It is an multinational settlement with 13 long-inhabiting nationalities and an region with mang cross-frontier nationalities.Along with the development of solicialist market economy,people from different nationalities come to accept thought of market economy to go for interests to make national relationship change greatly and complicated.National relationship is the most important relationship in Xinjiang.National relationship is related to Xinjiang's stablity and economic development and national unity. The research on how to dealing with controllling and adjusting national relaionship in Xinjiang multinational region is an most necessary and important question for discussion.Except Introduction and Conclusion,this paper consists of four part.Part one mainly inquires into basic theories of national relationship and controlling and adjusting national relationship.After combing out senior definations of national relationship and controlling and adjusting national relationship,I think.national relationship is mass social relationship for national interest which exists in the course of different national contacts.It includes four characterics.which are sociality and nationality and associatity and interestity in turn.Controlling and adjusting national relationship is the course of practice in which all social powers guide and promote national relationship to develop in a reasonable and orderly direction by various measures,which characterics are bodyment and instrument and intentment practice.The content of controlling and adjusting national relationship is the mechanism of controlling and adjusting national interest and the system of controlling and adjusting national relationship.Part two inquires into characterics of national relationship in Xinjiang multinational region that the relationship between Uygur and Hanzu is the core of Xinjiang national relationship and the question of population is one of the important factors of affecting national relationship in Xinjiang multinational region and so on.througr the analyze to the history and reality of Xinjiang,the cause which national relation in Xinjiang multinational has is negative effect to national relationship of ecnomic and cultural integration and some structural development unbalance between different nationalitesand regions and the increase of national consciousness.I probe into the requirement of carrying out controlling and adjusting national relationship in Xinjiang multinational region depends on the importance of national relationship and the impendent need of social transformation and era need of building harmonious socialism society. In this chapter,I think national settlement is a settlement in which a nationality or nationalities live historicly and administer their national affair on their own or cooreratively and survive and develop.
