| The development of general aviation industry is needs of the economic and social development, and promotes the development of high-tech industries and national defense. In China, general aviation industry is at the stage of forming and growing. There are some blind spots in the field of China's current legal policy of general aviation industry. There are many shortcomings in the legal system in industrial planning, airspace management, market access, taxation, prices, etc. The defective legal environment has seriously hampered the development of general aviation industry. Study of the legal environment for the development of general aviation industry is of great significance.Vertical, the legal environment of general aviation industry includes legislative, justice, and execution etc. of the laws on general aviation industry. While, horizontally, it mainly consists of the legal environment of legal system, macro-control, market operations and support services in general aviation industry. As China's current general aviation industry is still in the legislative stage, therefore, the analysis on China's legal environment of the general aviation industry in the present thesis mainly relies on the vertical analysis of the legal environment of the general aviation industry. With the research scope, the present thesis obtains some problems in the legal environment of legal system, macro-control, market operations and support services through analysis the present situation of the legal police of China's general aviation industry, then proposes some recommendations to perfect the legal system of general aviation industry in China, including the establishment of a sound general aviation industry multi-level legislative system, increase tax revenue and financial support, improve the legal environment of industrial investment, safety supervision, airspace management and general aviation airports. |
