Study On The Laboratory Of Judicial Expertise Institution And On Ratification Organized By The Party

With the perfection of law system, the accreditation of judicial expertiseinstitutions has being focused because the analysis of tests as significant evidencescarries bigger and bigger role in the law suit. Judicial expertise includes tests andexaminations in relative fields, the main organizations of which can be filed intolaboratories and inspection authotites; they must get accreditation before they runbusinesses.The accreditation moving of judicial expertise means a lot, it is positive to thelaw implementation, judicial expertise quality and scientific management. Also it canbe proved credible and authentic.Preparative and practical study of judicial expertise, acquaintance of relatedpolices and principles, these are indispensible to the structure of judicial expertise interms of theory and practice.This article first analyzes domestic and foreign judicial management system,especially concentrates on the function and objective of judicial accreditation. And itproved that the accreditation system of laboratory holds the balance for theadministration department to run scientific management on inspection authorities,which work and business should be judged in terms of quality and technologymanagement.Secondly this article analyzes the development of laboratory accreditation and itsstandards perfection combining the features of judicial expertise institutions, detailedin the laboratory classes and procedures for application. Next the key factors works inthe application also is studied and some improved proposals are given.At the end of this article, it proves that laboratory accreditation is an achievableevaluation system which is beneficial to domestic judicial expertise management bymeans of the application procedure of inspection institution and domestic situation inthis field.
