The Study Of Hmong Rural Governance

To realize the rural stability and development, it needs to further analyze and research rural governance status .China is a multi-ethnic country ,so to promote national regions rural stability and rapid development is important significance for national unity and stability. And to realize national regions rural stability and development of national lies in perfecting rural governance.rural problems and rural governance is hot spot for scholar's research,and we have made great achievements in the rural governance research, but at present we have limited research on rural governance in minority nationality regions,this is a defect.Therefore, to discuss the rural governance in minority nationality regions is of positive significance for constructing complete rural governance theory system and promotion of rural stability and development in minority nationality regions.Based on the perspective of reform of regional administrative system and of social capital theory,the paper analyzes the Hmong rural governance according to the data of investigation in Hmong village,and makes a deep study of the Hmong rural governance.The paper argues that in the process of Hmong rural governance, the reform of regional administrative system from the promotion of state is thrust of outside and the social capital rooted in the long historical and cultural background of the Hmong rural is internal force, and the ways of improving the Hmong rural governance is to make the two coordination and interaction for achieving development and prosperity of Hmong rural.
