The Research On The Rural Governing In China From The Perspective Of Social Capital

"Issues of agriculture, rural development and rural esidents" has been the focus of our party and government for many years, and rural community governance and social development is the realistic problem faced in the process of our modernization. The introduction of social capital theory and the development in our country could provide help for the solution of the problem. To nurture and accumulated abundant social capital in the rural community can promote the effective organization of rural resources, stimulate the community within the self-management ability and self-development ability, improve the efficiency of the farmers’ ability of cooperation and collective action, to provide a steady stream of power for the new rural construction and development, so the rural construction and development need to cultivate more abundant rural social capital.In this paper, on the foundation of relevant theories of social capital and community governance, based on the N village in Shanxi Province as an example, using the basic method of combining theory and practice, explore the composition of social capital in our rural communities, the change process of social capital and community governance, the relationship between rural community governance and social capital, and cultivating social capital to promote the most effective governance way in rural community, having important theoretical and practical value, to provide a new perspective to analysis and study of China’s rural problems.
