Therefore, someone began to explore it actively in theory and practical mechanism."Restriction of power by society"has become the new direction of democratic development. Thus, these three modes of power conditioning coordinate with each other, and comprise a complete and effective power conditioning system.Since the founding of the new China, our country has made great efforts in the construction of democracy, and formed a mode of power conditioning with distinctive features and particular meaning. Although power conditioning in our country has achieved good results, lacking of effective power constraint and corruption exist still in daily life, and some aspects are very serious. It is no doubt that the main reason for the above phenomenon is that our country's power conditioning system is imperfect. Therefore, we must breakthrough the framework of the existing power conditioning system, and give full play to social forces. Introducing the mode, Restriction of power by society, into our country's power conditioning system is imperative.The article put the theory of"Restriction of power by society"as a starting point, deeply discussed the applicability of the social power restricting power mode in China, and proposed the measures of developing democracy in our country, on the basis of the successful experience from abroad. These measures include five aspects: Improving the management system of grassroots democracy, widening the channels of expressing interests for groups at all levels, developing non-governmental organizations actively, to ensure the independence of the media, and guiding the citizens online political participation Correctly.
