College-graduate village official is an emerging thing, in the process of building a new socialist countryside in China. In the meantime, it is a demand for the development of the times. Hiring college graduates to work in rural areas is a major strategic decision made by CPC central committee in recent years. It is an breakthrough and incision to guide and encourage college graduates to work in the grass-roots, it has an strong practical significance for easing the grim employment pressure. At the same time, it is also an practical need to improve the structure of rural grass-roots cadres, to cultivate backbone strength and government officials that are constructing in the new rural, to promote the reform and development of the new rural, to consolidate the ruling party's rural base. Henan province, as the typical population and big agricultural province, the local government departments also have been plagued by student employment problems. In 2008, the central organization department and other departments issued a document and notice and decided to select 100,000 college graduates to work in the village in five years, the governments throughout Henan are highly valued and hire thousands of students each year to plunge into the tide of new rural construction. However, due to various reasons, during the college-graduate village official's concrete work, it has produced some problems that can not be ignored.In this context, the author decides to investigate the college-graduate village official's job satisfaction. In this study, the author adopts literature analysis method, interview method, questionnaire method, statistics analysis method and so on, and complies an job satisfaction questionnaire of college-graduate village official job satisfaction questionnaire to study the effect factors of college-graduate village official job satisfaction and the differences between various factors and to Analyze the influence of population characteristics on college-graduate village official job satisfaction. Through the statistic analysis, the author find that there are five factors, which have great influence on college-graduate village official job satisfaction, By large to small ordinal it is: work reward, their own development, leading management, the job itself, interpersonal relationships. In addition, the characteristic variables of China college-graduate village official also have varying effects on job satisfaction.PDS and XC are two cities of Henan province in the center of China, their agricultural relatively developed. But, XC is different form PDS, XC is a typical agricultural city, by contrast, the industrial of PDS is comparative developed, especially the coal industry. So, choose such two both general and different places as research objects, this is certain representativeness, meantime, the conclusion reached can also suggests the problems that many areas encountered.According to the empirical study results and centralized problem that reflected with the process of interviewing college-graduate village official, the author consider that can adopt effective measures, respectively, it is compensation, training, management to improve the college-graduate village official's job satisfaction, to promote college-graduate village official team's healthy and harmonious development.
