Hiring college graduates to serve in rural areas, is an important step to improve thestructure of the village cadres to promote rural economic and social development is tostrengthen party building and the construction of new socialist countryside importantforce, is to train front-line workers and peasants and Talented Reserves importantsources. From the beginning of2008, Chongqing University Student Village plan stepby step in accordance with the relevant policies, to some extent, effectively alleviate theshortage of human resources in rural areas the situation, effectively improve the overallquality of rural grassroots cadres. But in the process, there have been many problems,such as the Student Village enthusiasm is not high, lack of entrepreneurial spiritenriching, lazy slack heart appears when breeding, etc., the end result is jobdissatisfaction, job satisfaction of serving lower.This research is under the macro and micro background, with job satisfaction as thebreakthrough point, study the college student village official of Chongqing. Mainly usesthe literature material analytic method, interview method, questionnaire survey methodand SPSS statistical analysis method, to establish chongqing university student villageofficials’ job satisfaction questionnaire, to analyze the present situation and influencingfactors of university student village official job satisfaction, consolidated otherresearchers’ the results of individual job satisfaction factors research and in-depthinterviews, it is concluded that affect college students’ village official job satisfactiondimensions include induction, work itself, management of village official, the way afterthe expiration. Through statistical analysis of the impact of each dimension of collegestudents’ village officials’job satisfaction, found that the dimension of each item of thescore difference degree is different, the discrete trend is significant, also have differentdegree influence to university student village official job satisfaction.Finally, on thebasis of summarizing the related influence factors analysis, aiming at the problem ofchongqing university student village official job satisfaction low, consider with thegeneral requirements of the university student village official “have to go to, stay up,well done, flow”, combined with the specific policies and regulations in chongqingand the status quo of the university student village official, respectively in the selectionof assessment of hiring, training, motivation, entrepreneurship support and exploreeffective suggestion to the expiration of the flow, such as establish the stable hiring management mechanism, strengthen the training system construction, optimize villageofficers’ management appraisal mechanism, strengthen the village officiers’ businesssupport, we will improve the mechanism of orderly flow and broaden the way out,expect the village officers to play a bigger role and contribute more energy.
