The Impacts And Countermeasures On The Communication By China's Network Copyright Infringement

With the rapid development of network technology, the features of copyright infringement in our country present broader, larger, more numerous, deeper and so on. This article lists some typical cases on the network copyright infringement in recent years. Through comparative analyses, the causes of infringement are mainly the own features of internet, the unclear ownership of copyright, imperfect legal system, technology which needs to be updated, etc., and on this basis to further study the influence of works oblige, information, audience, legal system and culture innovation and industry which caused by the network infringement. Finally I proposed some solutions and suggestions from the aspects of the legal system construction, copyright development, copyright management and copyright technology according to these infringing problems.
