On China Network Spokesperson's Status Quo And It's Solution Ways

With the advanced Internet and that of Internet Communication, the spokesman makes the frequent appearance everywhere. Since July 2009, Yunnan, Guizhou, since the establishment of network spokesman by the local government, which just like the mushroom springs in large numbers. The spokesman has played an important role in the guidance of public opinion in timely manner, the dispelling of the rumors in the internet and the establishment of an open and transparent image of the government. However, the network press spokesman for the system as a new career, it has some deficiencies in terms of system or network spokesman personal quality so that the implementation often does not occur in time to guide public opinion, and deliberately obscures the fact that the truth and other problems related. These deficiencies have limited the effective affect of network news spokesperson system.Based on the research achievements in spokesman system and the network news spokesperson system attained by the domestic and foreign scholar, the thesis has analyzed the existing problems and the status quo of spokesman for China's Internet Development, and emphases on the reasons for these problems, while focusing on the policies of improving network News spokesperson system. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part has brought up the question, then give the demonstration about the research background and significance and finally the illustration of the method and innovation; the second part contains the definition of the net-news spokesman, the analysis of its background and explanation of the necessity and significance of net-news spokesman promoted by government; the third part has indicated the problems of net-news spokesman and analyzed its causes; the fourth part has made the suggestions for the improvement of net-news spokesman, namely, the solution for those problems; the fifth part has made a summary.Mainly based on the theories from the disciplines, such as Mass Communication and Administrative Management, this thesis has adopted the qualitative method as main way to formulate its structure. Furthermore, it also makes use of the methods combining the deduction and induction; practice and theory; micro and macro. There are analyses of the examples and illustration of theories, which has given the clear-cut argument and sufficient evidences.
