Research On The Legislation Of Land Criminal

As the land act in the economy domain more accessorily and frequently, the situation of land criminal develops complicatedly and seriously. In our present land criminal legislation, the law hardly contains all kinds of land criminal cases. In practice, it happens that some serious illegal behaviors occur but these have not been written down in the criminal law so that they are not crimes. Otherwise, the present land criminal legislation has some drawbacks on the conditions of crime, the methods of penalty, the extent of punishment, etc. Based on the situation of land criminal legislation, this article defines the conception and the extent of land criminal considering the crime situation. Then, it restructures present legislation about the system of crime and penalty, and multiplies the legal blank to increase the criminal extent.This research on land criminal legislation, intend to improve the present legislation by making some surveys and demonstrations, so as to protect our precious earth resource.
