The labor dispatch is a kind of new recruit and use style for agile employment, which has been an indispensable emerging field for our country's labor market. Labor dispatch is showing vitality as a scientific and rational human resources allocation, the labor dispatch boosts the employment in some extent, meanwhile many problems expose to the public. Labor dispatch involve in three principal parts including dispatched agency, accepting entity and dispatched labor, but more often the choice of capital, rather than the choice of workers, and is attacked as the means of escaping from the responsibility and damage the interests of labors. Dispatched labor is subject to double restriction of both the dispatched agency and the accepting entity, especially focus on labors'rights and interests issue.A profound and extensive research into the problem of dispatched labor's rights and interests was done by law, labor economics, organization and management studies from different angles. However, these studies mostly focus on practical phenomena, and the exploration of specific policies. The problem of dispatched labor's rights and interests is caused by a variety of social factors, and"social exclusion"theory can accurately reveal the principle and mechanism of these factors. Dispatched labor affected by social exclusion is an indisputable social fact.Therefore, this paper attempts to select"social exclusion"theory as a research perspective, taking the dispatched labor of the J city in Shandong province as an object for study. The author is eager to find the present situation and the reasons for social exclusion to dispatched labor, and trying to put forward measures , then proposals to present a new perspective to the research into dispatched labor and a new field to which"social exclusion"theory applies.
