A Research On Mental Political Training In The Process Of Constructing The Well-off Society In An All-round Way

The construction of a well-off society in an all-round way is the greatest strategic mission of the Center of Communist Party of China, which is designed according to the great picture of the socialism with Chinese-characteristics and the current situations in the economic developments at different stages. The phase to fulfill the well-off society is the necessarily transitional seedtime in the course to realize the goal of socialist modernizations and the crucial moments to perfect the whole system of socialist market economy and broaden the ranges of the construction of modernizations. The great plan on constructing the well-off society in an all-round way forms a completely new strategy of the construction of modernizations in the socialism with Chinese-characteristics, which is an unprecedented cause calling for the hearty cooperation between different nations of China. It should be proceeded by an integrate measure, from various points of view, and with wide ranges.Nowadays, China's social institutions are far away from perfection, so it's primarily necessary to construct the well-off society in an all-round way from the viewpoint of bettering the social institutions. Focusing on this, many experts and researchers have shown various opinions and proposals. However, besides the explicit factor of imperfect social institutions, we should not neglect the importance of the mental political training, one of the implicit factors, for example. Functioning as the lifeline of the Party, the mental political training has been exemplifying its enormous power no matter when it is in revolution, construction and reform over the various historical periods. In this sense, it becomes more necessary to enhance its function in the process of constructing the well-off society in an all-round way. Under this condition, how to further strengthen and improve the mental political training has become a necessity for proceeding the great plan as well as developing and perfecting the science of mental political training. On the basis of the above analysis, this thesis focuses on the construction of the well-off society in an all-round way under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and The Thought of Three Represents and The Scientific Growth Viewpoint.
