China since ancient times is a large agricultural nation, to achieve the comprehensive construction well-off society this important goal, we must be fundamentally solved agriculture, rural areas and farmers’ problems. Since reform and opening up the rural in production and economic aspects which have made some achievements, but the countryside culture construction situation is not optimistic, and the construction of the new socialist countryside, we need to pay close attention to the cultural construction of countryside.
