A Study On Building College Students'party Branches In Classes

It is an important subject for our Party to strengthen and improve the grass-roots organizations especially in colleges. Underpinning the work of the Party and its effectiveness, the party's grass-roots organizations shoulder the important tasks of keeping in close contact with the masses, doing propaganda among the masses , uniting with the masses and implementing the line, principles and policies of our Party.Facing the new situation and new tasks, the grass-roots organizations among college students should not only carry forward and develop its fine traditions, but also actively take part in reform and innovation, and train large numbers of party members from college students who own high political and professional quality, strong beliefs and can play a pioneering exemplary role, which is an important work concerning with the development of the Party and Socialism. Building the Party branch of students in class is a new subject of Party construction work under a new form, which points out a new way for the work of Party construction among college students. This paper tries to investigate the building of Party branch among college students in class and aims to improve the effectiveness and utility of the grass-roots organizations of the Party by continuously exploring new ideas, new methods and new mechanisms of grass-roots party construction work in colleges. This paper also tries to provide a good starting point for the researches of long-term mechanism of the grass- roots organizations construction of the Party and relative theoretical researches, build a development model and lay a solid foundation for the harmonious development of the Party branch of college students.This article in view of researched the Basic-level party organization to construct in the class. Continuously explores new ideas, new mechanisms and new methods in the Basic-level party organization to construct, for efforts to improve a targeted and effective work on it. This article provides a starting point for further research on it of long-term mechanism and related theory in system. In order to lay a solid foundation for it,s construction and harmonious development.The paper is organized by four sections. Section 1 presents the problem. Firstly, we analysis the problem which we face the new situation in the building college students'party branches in classes, and presents the significance of researching on it. Section 2 presents theoretical foundation, reality basis and educational value in building college students'party branches in classes. Section 3 presents and analysis the problem in the building college students'party branches in classes. Section 4 presents'countermeasures for the problem in construction the party branch in the class and presents methods, to strengthen and improve the grass-roots and make it more dynamic and appealing, by adopting the following five pronged approach. They are improving the leadership system and working mechanism, exploring the construction model of the party branch, selecting and training the party branch secretary, managing and educating the party member, constructing system, rationalizing the relations of three groups in the class.
