Currently,the diffficuly in college graduates employment is a hot topic,both the party and the government pays highly attention to it .Meanwhile, researchers in many related disciplines have launched targeted resarch.in china ,as the labor is walking up to market gradually,people pay more atttention to the phenomenon of"relative surplus of graduates"than the discrimination college graduates encountered in the course of employment.Employment discrimination is against the equal employment rights of citizens. Naturally,it is also violates the equal employment rights of college graduates .The equal employment rights are not only the fundamental rights citizens should have according to the Constitution,but also the dignity of being a man .However, the realization and protection of equal employment rights is weak in reality,the law itself is so notoriously vague on employment discrimination that various employment discrimination might be regarded as legal in labor market .The employment discrimination is against the equal employment of college graduates,it is also violates their fundamental rights as citizens.This is contrary to the Strategy of building"harmonious society"and"make astrong country with talent".This paper consists four parts,which is about realization of equal employment rights of collge grduates. An theoretical analysis of equal employment rights is given in the first part ,including the legal right of equal employment of college graduates and the value of equal equal employment of college graduates and the restriction of equal employment. The second part is mainly about the infringement of college graduatess' equal employment rights in the process of employment and through domonstration and stastistical data to analyze the employment discrimination.The third part focuses on systematic analysis of the cause of emlployment discrimination of college graduates .There are many different reasons for this problem,given the subject limit, it's a just analysis from a legal perspective in this article. The fourth part is based on equal employment and the employment discrimination.combining with our country's reality,we should put forward some Countermeasures,it is impossible to make a equal employment come true in a very short time,i is unlikely to settle it just Through Legislation . Only by Seeking both temporary and permanent solutions with a plan of combination of long-term development and short-term development,will it be possible at an early date to achieve the goal"Workers who have their business, before one can make the best",and make"let the people live a happier and more dignified life"proposed by prime minister wen come true.
