Our Constitution establishes that citizens enjoy equal rights. As a woman,female students in accepting in higher education groups, and their living conditions leisurely off harmony and social stability of the family. Economic rights as the right to employment, and for female students in terms of their basic survival. However, due to various reasons, the employment rights of female college students do not have equal protection in the job search process compromised phenomenon abound. Equal employment rights as a fundamental constitutional right, the need for national legislation to protect. Employment rights of female students to achieve equality is not only conducive to the realization of women’s economic rights and safeguard the dignity of women, and stake the future and destiny of the country and nation.China’s current employment situation is not optimistic about the female students. Although countries in the protection of women’s employment, the introduction of a more systematic and comprehensive laws and regulations. Overall, the right to equal employment anomie main reason for the existence of the following four aspects:First, the reasons for which the female students of their own conditions and environmental aspects; Second reason relevant laws and regulations and governmental aspects; Third, the continuation of traditional and backward ideological and cultural impact; Fourth, human factor market economy environment employment requirements.Improve protection of legal rights is inseparable from the national legal system. Implementation of the right to equal employment female students need to start from the concept, culture, law and policy levels. Face of all kinds of employment discrimination exist in reality, only the full use of legal means, including through the adoption of enhanced self-awareness education, re-role orientation; establish relevant employment security law system; innovation and job security mechanisms, incentives and punitive measures and use and the optimization of legal remedies and other measures to protect female students to achieve equal employment rights.
