Today's society, with machines replacing manpower, employment has become a big problem which troubles governments around the world. In China, with the reforms of socio-economic structure and labor and personnel system, employment problem emerged gradually. Employment difficulty of College Graduates is the result of Enrollment Expansion and self-employment policy. Due to traditional culture, physical factors and related systems, employment of college female graduates is more difficult. Although scholars have studied from various aspects and the Government has been taking a series of measures, employment difficuty of female graduates has not been eased significantly. I found that there are many defects in the legal protection of employment rights of female college graduates, but the research hasn't enough academic depth so far. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the issues of employment rights' protection of female college graduates from the legal point of view, and use the legal measures to promote the employment of female college graduates.This paper is composed of three parts including the foreword, the body and the conclusion.The foreword elaborates the reasons and significance for the topic in the first place. Thereafter it introduces the research status at home and abroad. Finally it introduces briefly the content, the thought of demonstration and the innovation .There are five parts in the body. The first chapter is a description of the employment protection status of female college graduates. The second chapter analyzes the legal significance of protecting the female college graduates employment riguhts. The third chapter discusses in detail the shortcomings of existing legal system. The fourth chapter proposes countermeasures to improve the legal protection of employment rights of Female College Graduates. The fifth chapter is on the responsibilities of main parties to protect the employment rights of female college graduates .The conclusion reiterates the main points of this paper.
